consider upgrading you gpu to a like 6600 or 6600xt? higher if you want 1440p, but you'd also need a new cpu

BUT

if you find a 4070 or 5070 at msrp (i know, impossible), just go for it. higher horsepower, and you might need DLSS for 1440p high fps w/ 5060ti (it causes like 70 or maybe 140ms latency, not good especially for fortnite). imo get a 3060 ti/5060 ti (if rtx&msrp, again, impossible) and stick to 1080p.

if youre okay with amd, go with 9060 XT 16gb or 7600

my other recommendations still stand for 1440p tho

Afaik there's a preset / options for competitive, which doesn't look as good, but should run quite a bit smoother.
