Another company is releasing a starfield line of keyboards and deskpads FYI... if you want to go all in.

yes thanks I saw that but I'll pass, it's actually a Corsair owned brand but I'm very happy with the keyboard I have from them. it's an original generation K70 RapidFire so it only has red backlight which is fine by me because it's easy on the eye in a darker environment which is usually how I have the room for game immersion. The screen brightness is also way down at 57% or 120 candela measured and configured with a Spyder5 I have

the AMD pad came with the Legion Slim 5 Lenovo gifted me, it's very nice quality and the MS Intellimouse Pro tracks well on it

rather than open another thread, here are my other two Ryzen towers. The Fractal has my 5800X and GTX1080ti in with 32GB DDR4-3600, 2TB WD_BLACK SN850X for game storage and 512GB Samsung 970 EVO for OS and other programs, plus a concealed DVD-RW drive which I still use a lot. The MSI Vampiric 11c Tower is the Ryzen Edition and has my older 3700X, 32GB DDR4-3200, 1TB Samsung Evo 970 Plus and the GTX960 2GB potato which is fine for linux which is all that's on that machine

Yes, a basic USB one off Amazon, it's got Headphones along with KB and mouse plugged in. I have the 3 towers on a corner desk setup

I don't think I've ever met someone that won one of those

Me neither, it was honestly a massive shock because the odds of winning off a global competition are practically zero

Not perfect cable management by any means but fine for personal system. I should really use proper cable ties but the wire ones are good enough to hold them in place. Six montech metal pro 120mm, uphere P10 hub replaced the Corsair AF Elite RGB fans that essentially failed after 18 months. Because of their proprietary connections for aRGB it's cheaper to add another hub than buy conversion cables. I had to move two hubs to the right to fit the new lit one on the left. Middle one is the Corsair Commander and right one is the Lian-Li hub for Strimer cables

Swapped the sticky pads on the controllers for magnetic and tidied the cables a little. I never bothered before because I spend all day building other people's PCs so cannot be bothered with my own after all that

#

The fan/RGB controller went, I got adaptors from aRGB to Corsair Commander Core instead

3 ever so slightly loose cables after shifting the controllers around, they are all snug again now. you can probably see one on top of the lian-li controller. It wasn't disengaged but I didn't want it to short anything if it did come looser still. the other two were the aRGB adaptors on the white plugs from the fans, two of them got pulled marginally but again were still making connection
