It's aluminum so has a very nice sheen with a bit of sparkle to it

I think so, especially the leather. It's not the highest quality so won't be thick or have a very desirable patterning, but you're getting a well-built case with 4 fans for under $100 so it's pretty hard to complain

Cheap american leather is usually thick
And bumpy
Then faux leather is thin but also degrades really fast

I can unfortunately confirm that this is not thin or smooth in a good way, lol. It might be faux, but am not too familiar with the material so can't tell based on surface alone. I do still think it looks good for a case in its price range though

+1 for the case I apprecaite that... the bible to the right is... interesating... looks more like a TTRPG note taking book with a nice bible cover so +10 if that... -20 for TKL thogh. 😉 personal preferences of course. Nice clean setup.

It's holding up great but it's also only about a month and a half old. Time will tell how it does in the long run

Forgot to update, but I returned the XT a week later and settled for a 9070 (and saved $175 in the process). I've figured out how to turn off the RGB since this picture was taken so the blackout aesthetic is still alive and well!
...I'm kind of wanting to go back to a smaller build though. The only thing really stopping me right now is PSU pricing, not willing to spend $150 on a sidegrade
Recommendations for a compact ITX case that still fits an ATX PSU? I think the NR200 might with some difficulty but I've already had one and it was kinda meh. Cooler clearance isn't much of an issue, pretty sure I still have an extra Thermalright low profile one around here somewhere

Lots of updates with my systems since I last posted, but here's one of the more fun ones. Got a BC-250 and had a PETG case printed. Looks great and fits in well as a living room light gaming box and media console, even if it can get a little loud.

Huge upgrades to the travel PC, basically a new system now. For a while I was running a 7600 and A620I PG Lightning, but the latter was unfortunately manufactured by ASRock and managed to blow up the 7600's IMC before the patched BIOS was released. Looking into a possible warranty on that, but both were purchased secondhand so there's a pretty slim chance unfortunately. Luckily, I was able to find a cheap JEDEC kit that will give someone a good starter platform.
Otherwise I've turned this thing into a (reasonable) powerhouse with plenty of room to grow.
