i have tried to solve it by following yt vids but that doesnt help either im confused and if someone is able to help, please do

if you didn't do a clean install... check msconfig to see if you have a fixed value in this box... it should look like what is shown....

if you enabled "game mode" in bios or ryzen master.. DISABLE IT...
