Name of Suggestion: Removal Event Stage Slowmode

Detailed Description of Suggestion: The Event Stage Slowmode was very annoying and didn't allow the non-staff to communicate normally and it was very annoying. If this will be removed, there would be more people be in the Events as they can also chat and it would be easier so you don't have to Plan what you're going to say.
