Detailed description of the suggestion:
so sometimes when you're doing dungeons and you're blood rushing for the team while you wait for the blood room mobs to spawn you go and do some secrets in the previous room, and you forget about the blood room mobs, I suggest that after all the mobs in the blood room are spawned a little pop up comes on screen that says something like (Watcher Ready) or (Blood Room Ready) or something like that.
