This would be actually nice since like example i have this pack called eum3 faithful edit 32x i like it but the xp bar is blue and i really dont like it i want it green but its fine honestly

This can be easily done by just editing ur resource pack like Mistel and Rx said.. i don't see a point in making this a feature.
