Just read a comment from a nuclear expert at Bristol University in the UK who has been in touch with the Ukrainian team that were managing the facility. He said the increase is not totally concurrent with dust being kicked up in his experience and it was more like some minor damage to the metal containment shell but that the concrete ones below would need a deliberate intervention to create anything that anyone should be concerned about at this stage.
