I don’t really understand what’s going on… maybe there are far fewer PS5 players, but I almost always wait until the last minute to do expeditions, and if people are finding they can’t do it because of too many bases, not even 12 hours into the expedition when it still hasn’t come out on many platforms, I don’t know why I’ve never run into this issue even once.

Generally, at the end of the year, they re-run the year's expeditions.

If you've missed that, you can mod or save-edit the rewards in, get someone to trade you some of them, or use various tricks I'm not totally familiar with to get to redo the expedition.

You start it, from a new save or you can use your current save by going to the Anomaly and the yellow terminal back right of the Nexus where you can transfer items and tech to take with you on expedition (you have to leave the starter system and then can go to the anomaly to get them)

You can also purchase your current multitool and ship with nanites

There is a milestone page, do all of them. There's 5 phases each with special rewards. Once you have completed all the phases, you have completed the expedition and can store items and tech again to bring back to your main save

Multiplayer breaks a lot of expeditions because they just werent designed for so many people to be doing stuff

many things get marked as gone from the world or the world as manipulated and it will mess with your game, so tahts normal
