To be able to get specific planetary charts from the Station Cartographer, we need nav data. Easily gathered from lootable objects around Space Stations.

Alternative sources:

• Some Component/Tech Vendor npcs in Minor Settlements/Planetary Archives;
• Waypoint/windmill save points, often next to buildings, the first time they're interacted with.
• Ancient Data Structure clusters on some planets;

the next map will complain that it can't because site already marked. wait a few seconds, spam again. repeat until it gives a site. then do that with third map. (that's what we mean by saying to "spam three maps", you are spamming through the errors; the point is that there are only three types of sites so if all three maps mark sites, you have one of the right type, can go there, then spam the next map to force it to mark antoher of those)

Finished the exped on Switch now too. Must say, it was a lot less pleasant than on PS5. There's close to no astroid fields, so farming some silver and gold is much slower.
Planet surfaces load in very slow. I have to wait for about 4 seconds, before the game figures out that the surface is fine to land on. So laggy.

But, that's another run done. Now the Mac version awaits.

Still got it done under 6 hours, even with the laggy buildups.

correct, those are "stuck" in that save, because well, it's a separate save. phase and final expedition rewards are unlocked account wide, which is why they're available in the quicksilver shop in any save under this account

so lets say you had a bit of quicksilver in that exp save

There is currently an issue with the Glowing Egg expedition reward. We strongly recommend players to NOT yet claim this reward until Hello Games has fixed it.

Users have reported the Egg to disappear after hatching without a companion being added. Further more, we have noticed having the egg in inventory to possibly cause further issues.

We would appreciate reporting this issue to Hello Games , for increased awareness, seeing this issue patched with a future update.

I'd just check for any planet with water. Then fly down and find a good spot with a large body of water. Land, get out and try the milestone

I had a lot of glass elixir stocked at the time, so the storm didn't bother me too much (hid in my ship anyway). But the non extreme weather mega exotic planet might be easier on people.

Then you can just land right in the middle of a deep ocean area and save on your boundary gage. You'll need to grab 3 magnetic resonators from space station pilots + dive for 4 crystal sulphide to install the aqua jets though.
