i dont think it's necessarily due to hackers. anytime someone in your lobby destroys a trade ship or a frigate of any kind, everyone in the system has their standings affected. hopefully this may be fixed in a future patch

you can do it together with Gold with Salt milestone. find a submerged ruin. some ruins are deep underwater

I just found a semi-deep lake or ocean planet, then swam to the bottom, then used my Terrain Manipulator to dig a hole until it was deep enough to trigger the achievement.

i do have a tip for you, the mission that u need to uncover an ancient dig site u can do it together with the submerged relic, so u basically do one thing and get two milestones

and then like go around planets checking their hostility rating

and then like scanning animals

to make sure their blood temperature is like above 60
