On my first playthrough file, I reached a point where I was able to install the Seed of Hope into the Assembled Construct, and that enabled one of the two rewards on my main save. Then I played through again on a second save, but now I'm not being given any choice at the Assembled Construct. I only have the option to Leave. That's it.
