I just did it 2 nights ago - unless something changed since then, there was a way in (they had a ramp up to/in front of the door), but it took awhile to notice/find it in all their clutter.

FWIW I didn’t know you could report from the menu. When I finally found that, because I was gonna drop a save beacon nearby to come back when I was on PC… I reported it and it disappeared and I was able to complete it

i had done everything but grab my free freighter and as soon as i did that and been on for a few hours very next warp was a dreadnaught battle so i was only missing 1 key thing, and was an s class at the start but no supercharged slots 😦 or can i upgrade and get those

If you don't see any supercharged slots in the technology, the slots are not yet unlocked. You have to expand inventory and find those slots in order to see them.

Unfortunately, there is no way of knowing where those supercharged slots are.

There are specific memory fragments for upgrading a ship's class all the way to S without going to a Space station or spending nanites. Ship hunters on youtube (The Game Hub) use them

It's an item from a previous update and you can only get from other players

Your ship can be upgraded at any terminal you dont need any of that

honestly reading old reddit posts or watching old vids can be a little misleading, but yea. You dont need anything of the sort for anything in the game, least of all ship hunting

It’s useful if you are hunting 6 sentinel ships on the same planet to find the better SC layout

It saves you a lot of time

You can upgrade it right away on the spot to see where the SC slots are and then you make a decision to keep or leave the ship

In order to find a L+1 or squares SC layout you probably need to hunt 30 ships before you find a promising one.

Sentinel ships only spawn on disonent planets and there look is always the same per disonent system they are found by using a dreadnought AI or using a disonent resonator you found a fighter ship they are very common and land in space stations all the time you were lied to lol

Okie, so that means the sentinel ships are only on those planets, and how do I know that the planet haves chances of having sentinel ships?

A corrupt system will always have ONE and ONLY ONE sentinel ship model. There are several ways to find them, I use Carrier AI fragments.

So I’m on a dissonance system and I have a Echo locator to find Harmonic, but it says no harmonies detected on current system. Harmonies only appear on dissonance systems or I can go to a random system try to find them?

Yes but it's not like you can use Nav data or a Minotaur to find the crash site. Sentinels still need to be "found" using very specific methods.

Yeah, I just use the ai thing you get from beating up a sentinel shuttle in space

Cause a ruckus on a planet, fly into space, and fight off the sentinel interceptors until heat V, and destroy the thing

But if you use a Carrier AI Fragment it will direct you to a sentinel crash site directly without having to go to a Harmonic Camp or anything else. They are rewards from the Nexus or when you defeat a Sentinel Carrier after engaging with them in space.

Yea she's an ugly old biotch but she's A class, and has a refiner and exocraft teleporter along with a system mineral extractor already on board. At the very least, those guys are valuable to transfer to the next.

I don't remember because I don't use the refinery glitch to duplicate nanites very often also a tip for everyone with living ships that know the refinery glitch you can duplicate the living ship tech sacks and the living ship expansion sacks

Basically hg fixed it so you couldn't duplicate ship tech but they forgot to do the same with the living ship tech stuff

My understanding of the drive upgrades is that they act like atlas passes. The only bonus is the availability of travel to systems you wouldn't have without them. So there's no stat to boost. And as such you only need the highest tier drive equipped

As for specific upgrade suggestions to that ship, I'd be rearranging things to make room for more launch thruster upgrades and some more core tech modules m like I'm not seeing ablative armor as an example. And I could be wrong but you may be missing a core infraknife tech too. Iirc there was at least 2.

Could also get rid of that teleport beam thing to make room for other stuff. My understanding is it adds like 50-100 units of access to your ships inventory which is a piss amount of distance to be using up a slot on. But perhaps you enjoy that little bit of extra range?
