It glitches out on every stage of the missions for me. I try it and it bugs out I leave it for a month it works for own missions then buggs again

Now I’m stuck going around looking at these three graves over and over. Starts at 33% then to 66% then back to 33% never allowing me to finish it

Mine game has always been buggy. I had to lose 3500 hours of gameplay cos of it bugged out that bad. I tried doing the first expedition and when I tried claiming the rewards in gave me blue screen and corrupted my save
