so I love them, i think it so much better than the pretzel ones which overpower. It.... a slight extra salty to it and you get a sorta crunch but not heavy crunch to it and it works for me honestly

BTB in the US has made it so much easier to do good semi-scratch soups
The only soups I really do homemade still anymore are asparagus or mushroom soups when I save enough stems of either (keep in freezer). Though usually I do a mushroom stock for rice cooking
oh and I do a chicken ginger noodle soup where I use up leftover thigh bones and whatever, a whole chicken, veggies ton of ginger and make stock
but take out the whole chicken about an hour in, remove the meat, set aside, carcass back in for another 90
strain, cook the noodles in that, add the chicken back in and yeah

most ramen broths are like within say 5% of each other. The biggest separator of ramens is the oils, the tares, and the combination of garnishes/proteins
Id suggest miso over mirin etc for ramen fortification.
