so the gist is basically:
- buy a 4 pound pork shoulder
- pressure cook for 2 hours
- prep the meat, separate the stock
- day 1 = korean bbq with cucumber salad
- day 2 = regular bbq with mac&chz
- day 3 = tacos or taco salad (mix and match days as desired)
- day x = freeze the leftovers and repeat one of the days
(should be 8-10 portions total)

tried to make some cold brew last night, tasted it this morning and I think i 100% ruined it, but it still tastes better than the store brand stuff when I dilute with milk
I used to make (admittedly shitty) cold brew because I didn't have a way to brew the coffee. How did you do it?
I bought a mason jar and a steel mesh filter. I coarsely ground some beans and left them in the filter, poured cold filtered water over them and left it in the fridge for about 16 hours.
I know of a couple ways it could have been better but I'll just take note of that for next time. First off I think I might get some nut milk bags and filter it that way next time. with the steel mesh filter the grounds werent fully submerged during the brew, and after the brew I couldn't get all of the coffee that was saturating the grounds out of them very efficiently
Also I think next time I'll let it go for a couple more hours, most places say 18-24 hours

You've sorta just described a fair amount of food tuber people. I.e. binging with babish, Joshua Weissman, and some others. People generally watch because it's approachable for the most part. That being said I sorta started disliking all of them because they developed this sort of ego that annoys me. Never watched Weissman though because his face annoys me
The ego is part of the gig. I like ragusea mainly because he gives good tips on how to eyeball stuff, which helps me finesse my cooking a bit.

my one regret is that when I was incorporating the pesto to coat the gnocchi, I added some red pepper flakes. I think I added a little too much as it's a little too spicy and can mask the rest of it. But still tasty

Put a yellow onion in the oven at 400 for an hour or so in the skin, then take it out, remove the skin, and add salt and butter
Quick tip:
If you're frying up ham for a breakfast sandwich, drizzle in a bit of maple syrup and you'll create ambrosia
The pan isn't too hard to clean afterwards
I do this with black forest ham,
Which is my personal favorite coldcut,
and since it's a smoked meat I think the maple complements it much better
that's a lot of white

@ebon lance it is a traditional frittata. Just add some eggs to leftovers or whatever mix it up. Oil in pan mid temp. Pour it in, when you can you flip it and let it finish

I always leave them for 12-15 minutes off heat to make them

210 with some hoisin, spicy ketchup, rice vinegar, and a ready made McCormick slow roaster season pack . 9hrs of sealed roasting, pulled apart then some honey bbq sauce mixed and then open roasted for about an hour. Baby swiss, sweet onion, and warm fluffy pretzel buns. I have left overs today!

It'll help to make the cheese sauce separate on a double broiler so it's got time to melt down that it needs, without ruining the pasta
i would do roux > bechamel > cheese like monterey jack (not cheddar unless you have sodium citrate to keep the cheese melty instead of stringy)
season with salt, touch of cayenne and sometimes a dash of regular paprika
