yeah it's 1 c. flour to 1/4 cup water or 2 c. flour to 1/2 cup water, and before you add the water , just a little pinch of salt, THATS ALL!! and it's a great way to begin your prep for a most perfect MEAL!!!

of course you got to mix well and kneed it heavily, then wrap and let sit for 20 - 30 mins roll it out very thin and cut into thin noodle strips

You don't toast bread in a toaster for eggs-in-a-nest. you butter both sides like grandma did and cookie cutter (or a smuckers jar) out the center and put it in a skillet until it starts to toast, then drop that lovely egg in the center, let it start to cook until you can flip, salt/pepper the egg -- flip and let finish toasting/cooking.

For any of you salad lovers, this is one of my go-to favorites!

A green blend of spinach, red & green swish chard, arugula & tat soi. Heart red onions. Tart cranberries with a hint of apple juice for sweetness. Pine nuts, slivered almonds, & raw pumpkin seeds.

The dressing brings it all together, it's the Lemon Turmeric from Primal Kitchen, & it's absolutely heavenly.

This is mostly organic, minus the almonds & dressing. Makes you feel good while lighting up your mouth & tummy~ happygek

The cranberries & nuts make a great texture combo. Then the cranberries paired with the onions & that dressing are a delightful flavor. 😄

Ok, so it's not bad actually, and if you have real ramen, (Fake stuff can work) it's really good. But you let them get soft in boiling water, not the full three minutes. Then drain, kind of pat dry while they're al dente, toss the noodles with a bit of oil, salt/pepper and then drop the noodles in a hot pan that's got about a tablespoon of oil and pat of butter (like a tablespoon) Let it crisp up, in a patty if you want,
