Tonight folks we will be showing you a classic British dish, lovingly known as "Bangers n' Mash", not as local to me as To'in'th'ole but still a true love of my life in meal form
Step 1. Peel, Chop, and Boil 4 large potatoes

Step 2. Let the potatoes boil for 10 minutes before beginning to fry 6 Sausages (preferably Lincolnshire Pork) in a well-oiled smoking hot pan.
Make sure to turn your sausages every 3-5 minutes to ensure an even colour and for them to be thoroughly cooked through
Also worth noting it's a good idea to have your Cooker Hood or Extractor Fan on, as the sausages will produce a lot of smoke
Step 3. Put as many tablespoons of gravy into a glass mixing jug as people you are serving. In my case it's my wife and I so it's 2 tablespoons. Boil some water in your kettle, and after your potatoes have been boiling for 22 minutes, add 70ml of boiling water per person you're serving to the mixing jug, and stir well. Allow the gravy some time to come down from boiling point, but gravy loses heat quick, so don't leave it any longer than 5 minutes before serving.
what happens if you use the water you were boiling the potatoes in?
Nothing bad, you'll just have a very starchy gravy.

Step 4. After you potatoes have boiled, turn your sausages for the final time and take them off the heat, allow them time to simmer down on their own.
It would make it thicker, but you can achieve that by adding more gravy granules to water ratio
Step 5. Drain your potato water away, put the potatoes back into the pan, and begin to mash them! Add some Butter (1 TSP) and some Milk (1 TSP) too make it smoother, and if season with salt and pepper. If you'd like, you can also add some grated cheese and mash it in, for a cheesy flavour to your meal
Step 6. Serve Immediately and Enjoy!

Step 1. Boil some rice, then drain it off and cover it up, leave it I. The fridge for 24 hours.
Step 2. After 24 hours is up, get your wok, and heat some oil until smoking hot
Step 3. Add your chicken, and season with the following; Salt, Peppercorn, Chinese Five Spice, Ground Ginger, Onion Salt, Gaelic Salt, Smoked Paprika, and Crushed Chilli Flakes
Note it is important to KEEP STIRRING the chicken because of all the spices it will burn easily, the outside will blacken and then inside will be raw
Step 4. once your chicken begins to brown, add splashes of soy sauce at a time. Don't add it all at once, as due to the nature of Soy Sauce it will quickly caramelise leaving you with an unwanted sticky texture
Step 5. Once your chicken is cooked to a satisfactory level, add the cold rice you made yesterday to the wok, and stir it through! Add more soy for flavour
Step 6. Add your scrambled egg and spring onions, at this point do not add any more soy sauce as you could compromise the consistency of both the egg and the spring onions
Nyx start a cooking channel
At this point you can add any extra vegetables you would like and stir fry them, for example garden peas, julienned carrots, or even chilli peppers
I personally prefer mine vanilla, but will occasionally add a sprinkle of chilli flakes or seeds for a little bit of kick to the dish as a whole
Step 7. Once your spring onions have slightly browned, take the wok off the heat, serve, add any garnish and enjoy!
Personally I enjoy a sprinkling of shredded seaweed, seasame seeds, and cracked peppercorns

Home Made Szechuan Stir Fry
For the sauce, you need soy sauce, sriracha, rice wine vinegar, maple syrup / brown sugar, garlic powder, crushed chillies, ground ginger, and Chinese Five Spice. Add all of these to a jug and stir, leave to one side
Step 1. heat your oil in a wok to smoking point, and boil some water.
Step 2. add the chicken to the wok, season only with salt, ground pepper, cracked peppercorns, onion salt and garlic.
Step 3. Once the chicken has begun to brown, add your noodles to the pan
You're really wanting to achieve a mixture of textures here, you want the chicken to be crunchy on the outside but juicy and tender on the inside, which is why we season minimally
Step 4. Drain off your noodles, take your chicken down to a simmer and add your sauce. It is IMPERATIVE that you don't allow the sauce to cook for too long because due to the high sugar content it will quickly caremalise
Step 5. Serve and enjoy!

Carnetarian Tacos
As the name suggests they lack plant-based products, but we will be using plant-based products for seasoning
Step 1. heat oil in a frying pan until smoking hot!
Step 2. add your meat (beef/chicken), I person prefer beef. Season with salt, cracked pepper, smoked paprika, crushed chilli flakes, and onion salt
Step 3. once your beef has browned, season again! This time with Chilli Powder, Sale, Cumin, Onion Salt, Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, Black Pepper, and Oregano
Step 4. Add a couple of splashes of pasata, to give your taco mix a good zing, and blunt a couple of the sharper seasonings

So this was last night.. it was spinach and ricotta agnellotti (no, not home made sorry) with diced pork belly, chicken breast and blue cheese carbonara with garlic bread stuffed with a 4 aged cheese mix. And of course a delicious mango, elderflower and passion fruit wine to compliment it
And I just finished doing the prep for tonight's salad so that I don't have to worry about getting messy later when I'm gaming.. I still haven't decided whether I will use grilled beef or chicken as the meat for the salad. I'm disappointed to be using stuffed Spanish olives rather than kalamata but I was a bit over budget yesterday and the marinated sun dried tomato strips were sort of pricey

Spaghetti Bolognese
Step 1. Heat some water to boiling in a pot, and get some oil smoking hot in your frying pan!
Step 2. add mince beef to your frying pan, and season with Salt, Pepper, Italian Seasoning, Parsley, Basil, Herbes De Provence, Onion Salt, and Crushed Chillies
(I'm back on a Gas Hob! Wooo!!!)
Step 3. add spaghetting to your boiling water, and a couple pinches of salt!
Step 4. add pasata and tomato puree to your beef once the beef is browned
Step 5. At this point, add your herbs. Usually I would add mascarpone cheese to thicken it up and give it a creamy texture, but sadly today I have no mascarpone cheese,and none of my favourite Bolognese topping herb, Spinach, so I've stuck with basil, parsley, Italian seasoning and Herbes de Provence
(my wife also adds chopped up Portobello Mushooms, im not so inclined)
Step 6. Serve with Grana Padano (which I am also out of. Hello Cheddar), Basil and Parsley, and enjoy!

Making Katsu Curry tonight, which means it's time for homemade panko!
(literally just put bread in a food processor)
Personally I prefer to use wholegrain but white tends to work better
Bake in the oven for like 7 minutes at 250c or until gden brown, then process again and voilΓ
Breadcrumbs!
Time for the actual food making
Chicken Katsu Curry!
Step 1. fill 3 shallow bowls with flour, whisked egg, and breadcrumbs. Get your diced chicken or chicken strips , coat evenly in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, and set to one side until you've done this with each of your chicken pieces
Step 2.Fill a pan of boiling water and fill your frying pan with oil, and heat until smoking point.(I'm using a wok but for Katsu Curry due to the breadcrumbs I'd use a frying pan instead so they have more room to fry evenly.
One of the issues with Katsu Curry is that it's difficult to get an even cook on the chicken itself because the breadcrumbs will burn quickly and your chicken might be undercooked
So whilst you want the oil hot you want it to be on the lowest temperature so that your chicken has more time to cook through without burning the coating
Step 3. Add your rice to your boiling pan, and then add the chicken to the wok!
Don't move the chicken too much because that will encourage the breadcrumbs to fall off, cook one side at a time to ensure a more even fry
Turn the chicken piece by piece with a pair of tongues
Try your best to obtain an even fry without burning the breadcrumbs and not undercooking the chicken
Step 4. Add your Katsu Curry stir fry sauce and stir through!
Step 5. Serve and enjoy!
soaking meat in human blood does give it a nice additional flavor
Pro tip: use human meat so you don't have to soak it to save time

ok... tonight's effort was a tuna and asparagus pasta bake .. The sauce was basically a bottled mix, but I only used part of the bottle. I also mixed in an egg yolk in to thicken it up and give a little extra flavour.
asparagus was lightly fried and then diced and mixed in with the tuna and pasta ... naturally it was topped off with melted cheese

I think plating food is nice. Even just when it's for me
yeah all my experiments are just for me cause if i fail no one else has to know xD
But if I succeed I get a little boost of happiness
also its refinable for showing it to someone else later too
I plated some mochi for some friends with some dark chocolate syrup a couple weeks ago and they were impressed and I'm like ikr. All i did was make a nearly circular ring around the plate with a tiny bit in the middle to hold the mochi in place lmao

it's got a sharp taste to it and its formation is interesting. the bacteria they use is a derivative of penicillum i believe, and it forms these odd blue veins in the cheese
