That was an incredibly creative quest line. I just talked to an AI that wanted to destroy all mankind by eating them...I won't say how it resolved, but sufficed to say, it was a colorful resolution

I don't know if my standards have lowered or this game is genuinely endearing. Its simplicity, coupled with a well written (so far) story is compelling in itself. The limited interactivity with NPC makes the world feel less lived in and just messy but so far so good

The interactions I've had so far have felt engaging. I'd really like more of that.

As someone that waited to play, I can say the trailers absolutely do not do it justice. Flying around feels less rewarding than I expected, but the level design, the interactivity with what NPC you do engage with and the story have been considerably better than I expected.

The ability to switch fluidly between 3rd and 1st person is nice and the freecam mode while driving

The only thing that bugs me driving, really is that you don't start in freecam, but rather mouse control mode when you jump into a vehicle

I'm the kind of person that can find something to complain about in anything and I find myself actively resisting the urge to when talking about Cloudpunk. There are so many endearing qualities to the game that what little there is to take issue with feel trite and pathetic. Like complaining that michaelangelo's david's dick is too small.

There are so many characters that in the story you can see an opportunity to explore the world further through

Teko for instance is over a thousand years old.

I won't go into detail on his story but damn it makes me want to see more

Learning about the impossible quagmire the cities engineering crews are put into, deciding whether to fix things or build ontop of crumbling infrastructure

You'd think fixing things is the choice to make, but then corporations have such a heavy hand in social issues that stopping the wheels of economics to fix the engine means that the machine stops moving and gets hit by others or worse

I made a mistake by clicking something and immediately considered starting the game over from scratch just to undo it

and I love the developers seem conscious of terms used today in social media like "Toxic masculinity", which is clear with the names of some of these achievements like "Toxic loudcaster"....I don't want to spoil it, but it's obvious
