Cloudpunk was isometric view only, folks keep begging for 3rd and 1st person view and devs refused saying we'd be able to see how their magic worked.
Folk keep begging, devs give in and "beta" tested it. Turns out you can't see through their magic cause the mad heads fully developed inside the shops and windows etc and ended up showing off their world in a much better viewpoint.

Horizon DLC did get added to base game for free.
They "looking in to" letting folk switch from console to PC for free. I imagine in a couple weeks they'll release a statement saying it's not possible due to database architecture.

I still play Warframe regularly but nowhere near as intensively as I used to. The grind took awhile to get to me but the last few new Warframes they added were all locked behind multiple layers of grind and THAT shit wore me out fast. I miss the days where the frame and parts were all acquired through the main quest that usually introduced the frame. Lately it’s been some odd side story that just craps out the main blueprint at the end and then you’re left in mystery as to where to find the rest of its parts.
