Story is the driving factor for playing an RPG in the first place in my opinion. It gives you a reason to continue forward.

Sure, if the game replays the same cutscenes it’s great when there’s an option to skip it, but otherwise, it’s stupid to skip through well written dialogue and cutscenes that a lot of people put great amounts of work into

I would never even play Games like Cyberpunk 2077, Fallout, Horizon Zero Dawn, etc if these parts of the game were removed.

And after all my serious talk this morning, i come to the realization that you’re probably just joking.
