The last GTA I ever really fully enjoyed was Chinatown Wars on DS. I even tracked down a copy to play on my 3DS. Also own the psp version which plays alright on the Vita but it has issues, despite looking better. It's funny. I remember when Evochron Mercenary came out...The programmer designed the game with cheaters in mind. That is to say, he designed every single significant element of the game to use dynamic code. Since most cheats are cheap memory hacks, dynamic memory is impossible for them to utilize.

It's too much of a bitch to hack so they don't even bother trying to hook it
