That's the worst part... You can railroad someone in an open world without being so blatant about it. Move the bad guy encounter to a building I entered by my own choice for example, don't force me somewhere when I'm in the middle of hunting or doing whatever side activity BS you put in the game. Dungeons & Dragons and other pen & paper RPG GMs/DMs have been doing this forever. Players aren't going down the hallway you planned them to? No problem, the room with the major NPC is now off the hallway they did go down.

I bought one once as a backup stick and using it for 5 minutes I packed it up and took it back. The angle of the stick even at neutral forces you to hold you wrist at a downward angle. (Basically exactly how Chris Pratt is holding it in that picture before you even apply forward pressure.)

I use a Logitech x52 pro throttle with a Thrustmaster t1600m stick. Don't much care for the Thrustmaster sliding throttle

so i went there with canonn, a player research focused group. and the guy i was with there at the time, the planet ate his fucking ship whilst he was in his srv. he couldn't recall nor see it on his hud. and then, my guy literally sinks through the fucking planet and ends up in "orbit" stuck in space

we attempted to push him back down

but it was no use, he had to self destruct.
