Rebel Galaxy Outlaw is as good as I'd hoped. Super slick combat handling that really does solve the annoying problem in space games of, "Where the hell did the enemy go?!"

Yeah, they have a sweet auto-pursuit button, so once you get the enemy locked on, you hold that and keep your heading toward them, so you can focus on what you're really wanting to do: shoot'em down!

Even better is they have a targeting mode, so even if you can't see the enemy, you can use your ship's systems to view the local area and lock on to them, then enable auto-pursuit and take'em out

RG:O is like this nice fine line between arcadey space combat and some light touches of flight-simmy stuff, e.g. inertial dampeners, rerouting power to shields, etc.

Also if you really wanted to go deep into more hands-off flight-simmy stuff, there's higher difficulty modes w/o flight or aim assist

I found definitive proof that the devs removed content from Cyberpunk today with a player that found a safe house for V that can not be accessed without exploiting the jump mechanic.

It's a mansion, has some sick clothes in it, a landing pad, etc

Ended up getting a outfit which, was a fairly suitable batman alike.

Got all nonlethal gear.

Been hunting down major crime syndicates one by one, but the one with the Russian snipers was a fricking nightmare!

Frankly happy I didnt watch any of the streams early on where they showed all the content they cut from the game to prep it for release.

I think judging the game, for what it currently is, its still a very fun game. At least if your on pc.

One game thats kept me surprisingly happy is Genshin. I really wasnt expecting it to keep me so happy. Its ... just good. The constant stream of events and mini activities is fun, lores susprisingly deeper then i expected, combat is fun, gacha doesnt bug me since I dont mind random characters one bit, since the overall flow never cuts you off from gameplay

Its just a relaxing game to come home, play a hour then play other games

...they've just added so many things to do now that it's easy to fall into the constant marathoning trap and burn out

For me what kinda set the mech apart was how powerful it felt. I've used a lot of different stuff, e.g. unlocking operator, using emplacement turrets, stealing Dargyns, heavy melee/mahcine gun weapons, archwing, etc

All of that stuff just kinda felt like it wasn't as strong, it just didn't have enough oomph to it if you get what I mean

It's probably mostly sound and visual design as opposed to actual damage output, but being in this bigass mech and fucking stomping (literally and figuratively) the enemies around you, turning into a giant bossfight just felt amazing lol

Like melee

It's kinda weak, but being able to smack your enemies around felt great

And that's just base level mech

Compare that to archwing, where your melee is just ting, ting, ting and boom they blow up

It just felt weaker

There wasn't any weight behind it

Once again I am rambling because I'm passionate about this game lol
Love it lots and would love to see it go on
