Well, I don't think it's a "bug" what I've seen. I assume it's an artistic choice (possibly also as a result of needing to cut technical corners). But at least one younger character (supposed to be a kid) looks more like a little adult person, than a kid. And learning of the phenomenon in CP, it augments my amusement about it. gandalf

The kids don't even play most of the time. You'll find a small group rarely playing shit like hopscotch or some other pretend like physical activity, but most of the time it's just wandering children in the city

As far as persistent NPCs being impossible, I disagree. It might take some engineering to do, but NPC don't need to be rendered to be persistent. Rendering is just for what you need to actually see.

You can program their behaviors and patterns ahead of time, which they did to a limited degree but they didn't give them any contextual focus.

They need to tweak that stupid JALI so it doesn't function on NPC at range. I don't need the extra overhead for characters I don't see.

Jali is borked now so when you get into heavily packed areas it often doesn't even function. You hear voices but see no lip movement.

They could've programmed subroutines for different scenarios, like lowering the quality of Jali for characters farther away

It's just stupid 😆
First like 30 minutes are solid then it turns you loose with zero incentive to do anything. It gives you "story missions" that would literally just be side missions in any other game. And the upgrade system is fucking garbage, you don't level up and get skill points like in the other games. Now you get "perk points" by doing SHITTY CHALLENGES. @fleet moat

Also, my new hard drive gave me a code to redeem one of these games through Steam and I'm not on pc so I have no use for them. Does one of em tickle anyone's fancy, lol?

My favorite is when you call your vehicle. It honks. You go to it, finding it lodged in another vehicle before that vehicle gets jettisoned into the air as you approach.

I absolutely hate how the game shits the bed on collision detection

At nearly every single significant point of impact.

Wanna wear clothes? your bits may stick through em. Wanna hold a gun? Your avatar does the laziest things to afix the camera in your chest....You run like woody from toy story...Enemies collision toggles on and off when picked up or getting in vehicles.

Sometimes collisions toggle off while driving and you spontaneously fall through the road, or it toggles right back on and you spontaneously get rocketted to the sky

#

Oh, you hit a pedestrian? Game don't know what that is. Your car explodes like you hit a brick wall

Or you ramp em like they're concrete barriers

Or you hit a car and get shot into space
