i almost stopped playing when i tried to do a target practice type of side quest for a gang

one attempt i jumped to get to the next target range and i landed on a bottle or something stupid and the entire gang became hostile

There are also other variables like what platform you're coding for, what framework, and even API you're interacting with. Documentation/support is so relative. i think if the game didn't crash so often on previous consoles and the fps was the only issue, maybe people would let it slide and accept that OK it's on old hardware that wasn't very strong to begin with, at least it runs.
