Gotta say, optimization is amazing. They really pulled through. Last time I played it about a year ago, it was almost unplayable. Actually unplayable on medium. Now I'm getting stable 60 frames on medium-high.

Bounty broker wasn't a thing before, and it's a cool addition gotta say. Closet too, earning new clothing, finding new clothing. Good stuff.

Can't say much about graphics, cause I played on lowest of lows before, so dunno if its much better. This sunset looked great tho.

You can fix the ammo issue pretty quickly with the upgrade crystals

I was annoyed by running outta ammo all the time then I realized that you gotta use the chainsaw a LOT more than you did in 2016, lol. Plus putting crystals into ammo helps

I think that slightly higher level of complexity in an fps single player campaign with better pacing and less predictability would improve my chances of playing Eternal. The combat is of course the top of the line, but I've never cared to play single player games solely focused on combat and gore. Just doesn't scratch the itch

Like I said, there's a ton of variables. All guns have two different attachments that can be leveled up, your suit has two different leveling systems, you can find runes that give you minor abilities like slowing time when you hold the aim button, and there's crazy af enemies that toss big-ass wrenches into battles. The mission maps and arenas are bigger too

#

And movement is much better. There's poles that you can swing from so you can attack from above and you can dash to avoid attacks or get up close and personal 👺

#

You gotta balance all that and think tactically to survive. A great example is the part where shooting enemies lit on fire gives you armor, so you gotta figure out when to use your Flame Belch in a fight to keep you alive

Like, what the fuck is wrong with it. It wasn't acting like that like ever, and since few months or so it's so irritating. You edit your footage, and then poof, out of its ass, says the footage is corrupted. Loading the project again, magically un-fucks everything, and you can edit for another few minutes, till footage fucks up again, so you again have to save and load.

#

I need to get a replacement. Just fkn shame, cause I'm accustomed with this pile of shit. Used to it, know where everything is.

#

But that's a problem for future me to worry about.

#

Best part, it's not even the corruption that fucked up everything. It's another bug, that FUCKING REMOVES HALF OF YOUR PROJECT when you split a clip in two.

#

It fucking thanos snapps it. I have an hour of footage, I'm cutting it up, editing, suddenly snipping one clip in half, and poof, almost all of your project is gone. Trying to load I accidentally saved, and that's what drove me insane.

#

I like to blame the corruption tho, cause if it wasn't for that shit I wouldn't have to load, since it usually happens after loads, after you save corrupted project. Have to do some magic to get it right again.

#

In this case, redoing all of it from the scratch...
