Ok so are you bonking any rocks or road markers with your truck, or your trailer? That's generally what causes that
If you're hitting the road markers you can just fly under the road
At first that seemed silly and weird until I saw a truck with what looked like a space station reactor over sized load doing it
And considering it would occupy both sets of lanes that kinda makes sense. Plus it's space
I have experienced exactly one instance of unavoidable damage and it was a glitch where an asteroid entered the warp lane and I rammed into it at literal light speed sending my truck and trailers so far into the negative instantly for health that I damage overflowed into infinite health

Personally I use XeSS, 100% sharpness, (personal preference) on QUALITY not performance.

Reflections being the one I lower
But as I said, you may fare better with possibly the FSR settings, with the same exact idea as what I say with XeSS. Use the quality mode, whatever sharpness u prefer
