so yeah performance on the oblivion remaster isn't great; it's not the worst but could be a lot better. At 1440p on ultra settings but with ray tracing off, outside I get between 80 and 90 fps if I have dlss on, 70 to 80 fps without dlss. If I try to play with ray tracing on, even on the lowest version of it, it goes to like 50 fps so I'm leaving that off (I can't even tell the difference). I have a 4090

if I capped it to 60 I could easily hold that just fine everywhere, I'm just picky lol

hopefully we get some optimization patches in the future; for me though it's not unplayable at all and I'm enjoying it so far

I played that in testing and when the game launched. I did the first season and then they mishandled server transfers and when I wanted to continue to the next season all the servers were full

I uninstalled it and never looked back

If you don't play for a solid month, they purge you from your server and you have to join a new one
