If by fully playable you mean you can turn it on and turn it off, sure. It has all of the primary functionality of an executable file. It even has the facade of a promised game. What it lacks though is ten years of follow through.
The developers of Star Citizen spent a lot of money making that game. They also got more money to make that game than any other game in history...and yet, 10 years later - They are still milking it.
Once the game launches, the cow can't be milked if the game does not sell well or people get annoyed with the basic designs of the games systems... They'll have maybe five years to prevent the collapse of the entire project the moment it launches.
I'm guessing once the game launches, a series of mismanaged financial moves later and the company will sell the entire title to Epic Games

I've now played Inzoi for a few days and can confidently say, I regret the purchase. It's not a bad game, but it lacks so many features necessary to compete with sims and while I understand it's in early access - its bugs, lack of polish and limited features make it a poor substitute.

Yes. It has the ability to render images from an algorithm. The assets used to train the algorithm were from a LLM they allege of only free images.
It also has an algorithm that converts video footage into animations and images into objects used in the game. By and large the quality output from these tools is so poor that calling it slop is an insult to slop.

The rodeo yesterday featured a list of grievances about A) The developer and B) The misrepresentation of the game made in marketing, coupled with a laundry list of videos that in its testing phase seem to show the game is barely playable...Which is understandable, except that the descriptions being used to describe the game imply design features that are not even wise to implement, much less feasable.
