Level to 50. Don't worry about min-maxxing until you have access to two things. Level 50 and CP 160.
Once you hit level 50, you start getting CP. Once you get 160 - That's the cap on gear so all gear will be dropped at that level.
Class build out requires specific gear types in most cases. If I were you, I'd focus on overland gear until I had the above two requirements.
Overland gear is bind on equip, can be purchased, can be crafted and can be dropped by monsters you have easier access to
Your stat distribution is all over the place. While this isn't a problem if you never want to optimize, for things like damage, you want to pick a stat and spend all your points in that...For things like defense you'd go health, magicka for spells, stamina for blocking and certain tank abilities...
The impact of your base attributes on your dps can not be understated.
Beyond your gear, your base attributes of magicka and stamina have the absolute highest impact, however - Pick one, not both. The highest of those two gets chosen to boost your dps
Some healers would pick health, and tanks as well...depending on their abilities. Some abilities calculate their effectiveness based entirely on how much health you have.

If you are a damage dealer, you want the stat that most of your abilities use as the highest. The abilities damage output is based on the highest stat and the highest stat gives you the most energy to spend when using those abilities.

If you use daggers, there is an ability in scribing called throwing knives that is currently the meta for survival dps.
A healer can be either magicka or health depending on which abilities its using. Look at the abilities to see what stat they base their output on.
Mostly because one of the scribing abilities that you can attach to it gives you a 5k shield every single time you use it
Coupled with certain armor sets that grant bonus stamina, it's possible to endlessly cast the ability and effectively have a constantly regenerating shield
Only big downside is how much offense you have to use to keep it up
You have to basically be constantly fighting
Any delay and you go from tanking to dead

It is suspected that either intentionally or not her consciousness wasn't purged from the servitor and she remained herself while having no freedom. The only thing she managed was scribbling "Repentance" on walls. She is Fidelio and is present on the funeral, it's a servitor near the entrance area, iirc near where poisoned drinks are||

I think the two main issues I had was 1. the community, its almost cult like. Never say anything critical about the game.. i mean ever. Dont even vent about it. 2. CIG is what 13 years into development. Based on their current roadmap for features it would be another 7 years of development. I'm not sure they can hold on financially that long. I think its more of a management issue than a developer issue. I feel like it goes without saying, but there is also the constant and never ending bugs

You're right, seems to be a lot of people with an inability of creativity telling creative people what to do without realising that some of the content is coming from their perspective or experiences.
They should just make their own product from theirs.
