I think the reason my computer was crashing in cyberpunk is related to my bios update which changed the voltages and such back to default. The guy that built this computer custom set the bios to enable better performance

I didn't even save the original bios settings. I didn't know what to look for..that the settings I needed to see were under advanced.
It stands to reason he probably changed the way voltage ramps up under load, so I improved that curve a bit from the default and I changed the frequency it should be aiming for from 3.9 to 4.5 which is still way under max load.
The chip can OC to 4.9.
My only concern now is that I let the bios handle the voltage overall, instead of fixing each core.

My only problem with RDO was the lack of segregation PC/consoles, Rockstar caring even less about trainers than GTAO.
At some point you used to at least get points advantage if using free aim, then got removed
Public matches weren't fun due to that, and PVe content would get ruined by trainers.
I remember trying to carry a wagon of goods from camp to drop with posses of 4 and just being flung across the map with everyone else and the wagon
