I think rebirth has lost something in the first few scenes. In the OG game Sephiroth ||absolutely demolishes everything. it's comical how OP he is compared to cloud - like a factor of 100 difference in damage output||. Briefly googling it tells me that Space Marines are by technological limitation and gene therapy all male. There's organ insertion n whatnot involved, if a female were to survive the process she would most likely come out as male anyways minus the bits, yadda yadda
GW is saying there have always been female Custodes and it's been constantly mentioned, which would defy the established lore that Space Marines can't be female

I hope they never fix the ring bug that lets you fly until your stamina runs out

the day night cycle for mp is pretty cool

I can't say combat is really that deep.
There are a lot of skills specialization and you can make your build.
It's more at a casual level, imo.
The balance can feel a little off, in that you feel like youre strong and can take any mobs, but then you get hit by the dual axe guys and they just spam attack you for days.

dodging is done fine even without the i-frames. Parrying is not done so well.

The movement and combat itself feels a little more arcade / hack&slash, less action rpg.
But overall its very polished on release, content does not go deep, but goes very wide

Needs improvements still.
Needs more enemy variety, not just in models but in combat style

When it comes to "bosses" there's only one real boss, and then a few mini-bosses that aren't unique and repeat throughout.

That one boss feels good, but its only one so far
