No the government wouldn't give a farmer carbon credits here in that scenario. They'd literally cut out funding specifically for farmers to offset the impact of the carbon taxes by providing financing for better technologies, or subsidies for products that they can no longer afford.

Steering sensitivity at 50 makes everything drive much better than default. I also have the cool cam mod that removes vertical camera resetting and changes a bunch of settings in vehicle handling. It helps.
