I also have similar issues with my work desktop, Ryzen 5 4650G. But the AMD software does a nice job in it's gaming section to give at least 30fps on most games.

There are drones now that fly faster than F1 race cars and outmaneuver choppers. It is not inconceivable that Ukraine gets to test the first AI drone missile that can maneuver around obstacles and avoid being shot down live with dynamic behaviour
