Stations with a yellow exclamation mark icon next to them means they are offering missions, check the mission UI with Shift+M for details (There are a couple different tabs accessible in the top-left, for story, guild, active missions, etc.)
Cruise around on the superhighway for a bit and you'll find tons of offers

Refineries will buy it, refine it, then sell it to factories, those factories will make basic components that are used in other factories to produce advanced components, which will be used in shipyards/wharfs to build ships

I considered modding it, but there's an important reason imo that Judy was made the way she was and undermining that to feed my own ego felt wrong.
At the end of the day it's a video game and while the characters have no feelings, what feelings they impart in their narrative are a part of their existing story...changing that story devalues the character and more importantly - The only thing that really attracted me to them.
More importantly perhaps, I felt it important to not fuck with the character choices in the narrative of Cyberpunk2077 because of the real world implications of reinforcing the ideology of manipulating people into liking you.
I know that I absolutely overthought the whole thing, but that's why I never changed Judy. I valued her as-is, more so than I valued my own self interest in using her.
For me, cyberpunk while I played it felt like a world inside of the world and I was RPing...so...I gave up a lot of choices to avoid breaking that immersion
The more immersed you can get in Cyberpunk, the more engaging it feels.
Break the immersion and like a dream when you become aware of it - It starts to reject you.

Iirc the last deck I ran for MtG was an angel feather life drain loop. Heal myself, when I heal a passive pops 1 damage to my targetted opponent (doesn't tap the card to proc), when I deal damage to an opponent I can untap a card (doesn't tap the card to proc), untap angel feather, repeat. White, Green, Black combo deck that abused multicolor land like it was going out of style.
Force of Will is a little more complicated for me to remember what deck I last put on the field... As a collector's card game, I had... A lot of amazing decks.
Idk if WotC has released any other generations of cards after that generation where passive proc cards that don't tap on effect exist
