It's weird. I was playing Outer Worlds yesterday and suddenly got a msg that introduced me to more DLC content. I don't know where people get that this DLC is introduced in any seamless way

I have no reason to know who this actor who died is, or to have had this package delivered to me. My character is a nobody who is making waves politically but stealth at all other times

I'm surprised no game retailer has opted to sell games at variable rates.

That is: You see Starfield for sale $80. Create a ticket system that allows users to pay $82, or $85 and the difference would be redistributed to a limited number of cheaper copies of the game so that people who can not afford that price point can still get the same game, but pay less.

Create reasonable limits to prevent bulk purchases of under priced copies.

Limit those purchases to a timer to prevent bot spamming for them.

or hand off distribution of the cheaper copies to social media pundits

Realistically a company isn't out anything in terms of copies selling a limited number for cheaper, but in marketing it undermines the supply side which impacts sales valuation if not handled with care.

I’ll have to look into em! I was trying to use modding to shape this whole storyline I had in mind and did a modded playthrough recently testing some stuff out - nothing crazy, mostly survival and combat. Light mod load order, didn’t crash at all! (after a couple test runs lol)

I want to do so again with other characters. The idea is to write a nice comprehensive story following that character but I’ve been neglecting that project a tiny bit

You seem to be weirdly stubborn about this, but there are animations that are important (if you actually care about the story). You can also see all the past event animations on that channel and complete playthroughs on other channels. Those events are not coming back, maybe new versions of them, but they never release the same big event content twice. (Because the timeline is constantly moving forward.)

Also, character trailers, if you like Genshin music the character trailers have some of the BEST music.

The ”story” ends after final boss then u just try to complete last objectives/achievements. There is like 2 fish farm slots that doesnt have corresponding biome so either cut mid production or future update

Cut content or missing content = incomplete.

The argument they make for having "exceeded" their goal belies logic, unless their goal was to launch the game incomplete.
