How? One of the very first missions in the game has you rescue a woman from a chop shop before she gets harvested, it's a tutorial for basic combat and stealth. They'd have to cut that entire segment and add a new tutorial if they wanted to censor it. It's not as simple as just yeeting the nsfw stuff, it's a key part of the universe.
Again, it's a very fucked universe and I defo understand people wanting to avoid it. But they ain't gonna change the entire theme of the game and replace entire segments just to add censorship that shouldn't exist in the first place for a disturbing universe that's been around since the tabletop game back in the 80s

make sure vsync is off... vsync always off no matter the game... the only time you turn it on is when you cant cap ur FPS to 144, but most games nowadays allows you to so

thts the simplest explenation... so always keep it off, but use frame cap instead
