It seems to me that an easy solution for this alleged powerful position is to strip windows as an operating system of its exclusive technological footprint on games, taking whatever infrastructure the OS uses to facilitate gaming and integration of gaming on the windows OS and stripping it out of the exclusive licensing authority of windows such that a company like Linux can have games that work on windows also work natively in Linux
