At the very least, it should be noted they've publicly expressed an interest in trying to resolve complaints of abuse with victims, but are entirely and wholly unwilling to do so on social media. The fact these pieces did not develop into a full blown story with back and forth arguments gives me the impression that the victims were contacted and the company settled with them their disputes.
Generally speaking, it's typically a monetary settlement in compensation on the condition they don't continue talking shit

It attached the beard to a clothing slot (glasses) so when you spoke, your lower jaw clips through the beard
It would seem an impossible task to have a beard on the existing heads used for player characters, however, I have hope that someone will develope a head swap mod that allows you to look like anyone and many heads come with beards

That's not entirely true. You can earn absolute bank on PC just upgrading gear once from blue (which costs dirt) and selling it
The tier ingredients to upgrade from blue are so easy to get
