Found the review! It was about this series titled 1899. I just watched one episode. Anywho, when I was checking reviews of it, I came across this one. What I found hilarious is that I initially assumed the context of this had to do with the mood being "too dark"
But yeah, House of the Dragon was a great example they gave. There was a scene during which I had to question if my phone's screen was going bad cuz it was so friggin dark I couldn't see shit!

Saw the first episode of TLOU tonight (was offered free to me by OnDemand) and the first episode of "The End is Nye" an educational show on climate change
TLOU was good. The End is Nye was great.
With a name like that, you'd think it was all doom and gloom, but really that's just a teaser. The show illustrates evidence of previous events, current events as they are unfolding, how we avoided catastrophe before and how we can avoid the ones we see coming now
Example: The Ogallala Aquifer is being drained six times faster than it can refill naturally. The ogallala aquifer is why there's no dust bowl anymore in the midwest.
They planted trees to decrease wind, taught people how to farm to conserve water and preserve topsoil and finally, drilled into the aquifer (the largest in the world)
Presumably the region of farm land that owes its livelihood to this aquifer represents 20% of the world's supply of grain
At current rates of drainage, the aquifer will be empty in ten years.
I doubt half the population of Kansas would be welcome as immigrants in another state...because when the dust bowl hit before, Americans were turning on Americans as immigrants from neighboring states.
Or hell...almost the entire population of Nebraska is occupied on the deepest parts of the aquifer. It dries up there and that state is a ticking time bomb

I've seen that technology but never understood why anyone would care enough about using it to go through the trouble involved in prep to make one of those moving images...
I downloaded the script to run with images that was supposed to make it possible to match your face on camera with predesignated points on an image and manipulate it in a similar fashion, but reading all that code I just got bored and gave up caring around it.

Hello there, one problem. I have set up library sharing between two accounts. For some reason, the other persons library is not showing if my account isnt currently logged in on that pc. Then, it suddenly appears on mine. If my account logs out of my friends computer and the other account logs in, steam on my pc will act as if the shared library does not exist again once i restart it. Everything seems fine, but i am sure this is not suppost to happen. Has any one of you experienced this? Any idea on how ti fix it?

I’m actually in a discord thats someone who “mods” on console, they’re trying to get an app on xbox that used to be on there back.
Pretty much, when you would download a mod from the app on xbox it would import it to minecraft bedrock by itself (this is good because it takes forever to do it manually and they keep changing stuff to xbox not allowing you to go into certain files)

I was in this server that would ping me like 50 times a day, I said that they should make a channel with self roles for certain pings so people dont get a million pings. The roles were so bad everyone could @ everyone. They started arguing with me about just leaving or muting. When I want to stay, just dont want 50 pings in one day.
