There have been NPC for a long while now.

I had a breaking bad level base set up in the middle of no where with everything you could possibly need to survive. Could even make my own fusion cores.

Then I log in and it's just randos wandering around. Felt like I was walking around in an open house

Events got announced and one or two people went to them. Check the map, there are a few people in a general area together but it is by and large a single player game pretending to have MMO properties.

The music is morose, the controls are obnoxious. The only thing they added to the game in the last two years that was an improvement that I can see is free cam in base building mode.

Something you can get better in FO4

I don't know why they thought throwing assets at customers was a solid business model for a game that relies on compelling stories to keep people interested

idk if my skyrim is bugged but i put on legendary difficulty and im doing like 200-250 dmg per dual cast i thought npcs take like 1/4 damage
