That's all graphics and basic gameplay, lol. I know they streamlined a couple of story missions but they also removed stuff, like side missions. Dead Space is gonna add story stuff so it flows more smoothly into Dead Space 2, and the map has changed to be one seamless experience you explore without using the tram(?) and loading screens. Plus they've reworked the gore system entirely, and added gameplay mechanics like the zero-g flight from Dead Space 2

And QoL things are great too, lol. Plus there's stuff like mods that let you pitch a tent and camp in the wilderness, or make the weather more realistic so you can freeze to death during storms
