I have a fraught relationship with Bethany Esda. Mostly because Todd Howard is a Todd Coward and Elder Scrolls and Fallout (minus New Vegas) games now refuse to have any coherent political ideology, but instead of avoiding any kind of political storyline they just... try really hard to say something political and just... fail miserably. Fallout 3 is basically just a comedy about slavery and Fallout 4 was kind of "America... good?"🤷. It ends up being absolute nonsense. BUT. from what I know of the Wolfenstein franchise, "killing a bunch of nazis" is pretty succinct and coherent.
It's like... if you're going to tell a story about anything political, at least let it have some kind of opinion behind it.

I own a game on Steam that was removed almost as soon as it was added. It's a bigoted racist piece of shit violent game that promotes murdering innocent people...and not even subjectively innocent. The motivation of the main character is literally to kill innocent people, but I wanted to see if it was as bad as it was claimed to be controversial.
The gameplay loop of the game is a boring isometric shooter with no purpose that feels half assed when its working at its best.
