Just had the weirdest dream. I can even pinpoint the moment the dream started to collapse. I was in a mansion, presumably my own. Had relatives there. I was being annoying, making noise...one made some off the cuff remark about being loud enough "you'd think you owned the place" and the moment that thought manifested, the dream progressed, like a page turning in a novel and suddenly we're going downstairs and meeting staff who are managing renovations of the backyard and they are concerned about equipment that was left behind by another worker....it was as if each passing thought created another element in the dream and manifested there, and the more aware I became of this the more I felt a sense like the dream was slipping away. I then simply awoke.

the way they rolled out that institute story kind of pissed me off. The railroad had a point but for all intents and purposes the story of the institute largely ignores the point and controversy surrounding synth as it relates to their independence

Thing is courser are actually just made to retrieve "lost" synth and deal with nuisances (ie. railroad) The institutes real goal is collapse from within as that the easiest to do. And how good that they are at replacing people it shouldn't take them too long. It would've been cooler if you went against the institute that coursers would pop out and start reciting those "codes" to activate all "sleeper" synths. that would've been much scarier

Like half of the railroad turning against it self, same for the brotherhood and minutemen

That kind of depth would push people way faster over to the side of destroying the istitute
