The spiderman pc port is fantastic. The graphic options are extensive so there's a lot of give for pcs of all sorts, and the pre-order I got came with a bunch of cosmetic bs. It has a bunch of dlc included (i think it's the whole game) and it runs liquid smooth on my i5 11600k and RTX 3060
It feels like batman arkham knight but you're spiderman and the combat is more varied. The world feels much much bigger than arkham city did.

A little annoyed at how it's kind of necessary to already be familiar with spidermans characters to follow the story, though.
The exposition parker gives in narrative to try and give characters more brevity is...very little relief for the characters who show up out of the blue with no explanation taunting...YEAH I'M TALKING ABOUT YOU, BLACK CAT......I have no idea who this character is...and the story of the game really does very little to introduce their backstory but to say they're a thief

Lol, for me it did a lot of things better than Skyrim. Story was excellent, so were the side quest, the map, mobs, npc weapons and armours were well done. Combat was a challenge and that was it's biggest hurdle.

I like the game. I enjoy it, but the world in spite of the population feels largely empty. 99.9% of the NPC are just mindless automatons with no interactions between them but what little dialogue is shared by sitting people. The characters that do get a showcase are voiced fantastically. I can't see myself ever playing this again after finishing it and I dread the idea I have to play it again after finishing the story, to complete the achievements.
Right now the story is keeping me going. The achievements and challenges are a nice touch, but I gotta be in a mood for them and their being dished out piece meal over the course of the game is painful

well not new hero, new class, wonderlands doesnt have specific characters like BL does. you create your own character and then pick a primary class, later adding a secondary class after a certain amount of progression
so in a way its a new hero
the new class is called "Blightcaller" and so far im having a lot of fun with it
the main ability is cool, you spawn these totems that are essentially turrets dealing elemental damage, and they deal whatever type of damage your equipped gun deals when they are cast
