I am very pleased with how this living ship quest is going. Particularly I am pleased with the time gating I think they have it set just about right so that the quest is spread out so that it stays interesting, lets me do of variety of other things and at the same time I don't feel like I have a grind to get the shlp.

the quest requires 4 time gates, at least 7 different coordinate hunts across 5 planets in 5 solar systems, traveling via a planetary portal, and installing 2 new modules in your multi-tool (I hope you have room!)
and after all that and you have your ship, you have to get upgrade modules via random events during pulse jumping
and they are not common at all
so enjoy the grind 😦

Match up one coord N/S almost exactly, then turn 90 degrees and chase the other, probably lifting up and warping while maintaining the heading to find the other.\

Pro tip, do the second set of coordinates first. Then you can just align with the south or north pole to get the first set, without losing the coordinates you just matched

@lusty hare If you're only two from the end, you have enough glyphs to finish Starbirth. Either way, you need to be in Euclid to finish Starbirth, but you can teleport back if you have a base in Euclid.

when you finish the Artemis questline, you'll get the opportunity to "reset" the universe, which actually gives you a choice of 4 new galaxies to go to, choose one. The most popular one from that choose is Eissentam, a galaxy with a higher percentage of lush planets. It's the green icon.
The egg mission has to be finished in Euclid, but you can get back to Euclid if you have a base there.

Starbirth was aimed at experienced players, who have already finished Artemis. But most players are in Euclid, and portals have to be used within 1 galaxy. They don't work between galaxies. And most poeple have bases in Euclid so they can get back.

@glacial sphinx The coordinates change every few seconds. Kinda take an average, and get close. Land. It'll appear as an unknown building on your visor, but you're looking for an Ancient Plaque, the ones that look like monoliths, but are a bit smaller and don't have the 3 knowledge stones. It might take some running around, or exploring a bit in an exocraft.
