I fixed my bug with the Marked System, I reloaded an older manual save before I got that specific objective.. So uh.. yay.. but also not great for those who don't have that way out.. Cause what if you manually saved when it bugged out.. No way to fix it then.. At least none that I am aware of..

as its brand new you may have to dump it and get a non active one for the mission to appear for you as I'm guessing you have not so far encountered the alien ship thing yet.... which happens when you get the egg from the anomaly I think it then changes state to active but by that time there's a mission in the log to do with the egg...

like I said before, you need to look in the general area of the coordinates, figure out a rough average of the changes and then look for the ancient plaque, the coordinates will slowly narrow down in range

Waiting can be skipped by taking steam offline, and changing your system time while the game is off.

For coordinates you just gotta.... fly around where those are and as you get closer it'll refine. There are actual structures / interactables you're aiming for, not just bare ground, so thats good at least
