For example many textures (including my own appearance) didn’t load properly in a space station
was out collecting like 10 salvaged data things and did melee boost jump, turned midair to face a salvage spot and pulled the trigger to begin firing my multi tool (terrain manipulator)
Instantly froze the game with an annoying looping sound byte in the background and then just closed itself

Also, make sure you are at the very last system the filter for the core gives you
