Most assets aren't procedural. Just ships, some multitools and animals, which are made of different configurations of specific parts. Any rocks, trees, interior items etc. aren't procedurally generated. 🙂

In a way, graphics is also determined by shaders, assets have textures that are affected in different shaders, and terrain is usually made utilizing a noise texture or stuff like it for generation heights modified with a blending algorithm for when it tiles

The procedural generation is basically a branching tree pattern. Start with one thing, determine what subset(s) go onto it, then what subset(s) of that go onto it, continue. Each asset has a scene file that determines its parts, geometry file that determines shapes, material file(s) that determines PBR properties, and texture file(s) that determine the basic appearance before post-processing.
